This is a guest post by Alana and Haille.

Today 2KM and 2KJ skyped with Mrs Watson’s class in Sointula, Canada.

It was 9 o’clock (in the morning) when 2KM and 2KJ were skyping and it was 2 o’clock (in the afternoon) when they were skyping.

Alana, Haille, Jordi and Mia all had a special job each. Alana and Haille were the typers. Jordi and Mia were the photographers.

Mrs Watsons class asked 2KM and 2KJ lots of questions and we asked them questions too.

Here is a screen shot of Mrs Watson’s 2/3 class blog. Also here  is the link to their blog because they have done a post too.Click here.

  3. @ 2KM and 2KJ,

I love this post Haille and Alana! You are great bloggers.

I think I learnt something and what I learnt is this: I learnt that Canada has only 800 people who live in their town, I think that is what they said. Is that what they said? I don’t really remember because we skyped like 3 hours ago or longer.

I hope we can still skypein grade three, grade four, grade five or even grdae six. Do you still hope we do?

    Happy blogging everyone!

    Your blogging friend,
    Meg

      • Dear Alana,

Thank you for replying to me.

Acually we have something like 750 students in this school.

How many teachers do you think are at this school? I think there’s like 43 teachers.

Happy blogging and happy typing Alana!

        your blogging friend,
        Meg

        • Dear Meg,
Wow! I can’t believe that there are 43 teachers in your school. We only have 4 teachers in our school. I imagine that you probably don’t know everyone who goes to your school. That would be very strange for us.

          Your friend,
          Mrs. Watson

    • Dear Keira,
You’re right we have a lot more girls in our class than we do boys. We actually have 3 boys in grade 2 and 1 boy in grade 3 (I think one of the boys was out of the room for our call). Do you have an equal number of boys and girls in your classes?

      Your friend,
