Friday February 4th is the first day of school for 2KM and 2KJ in 2011!
We are very excited to have a new joint class blog this year. We are looking forward to sharing all of our learning adventures with you through our brand new blog.
***************************************
Mrs Morris, Miss Jordan and all 42 students in 2KM and 2KJ had a wonderful holiday break. It is summer here in Australia, so going to the beach, swimming, playing outside, going camping and having barbeques were popular activities over the past few weeks.

i love your blog
From Eloise
Dear 2KM and 2KJ,
I hope you had a epic time. I have read Flat Stanly.
It is kinda funny when Flat Stanly got flattened. If I got flattened I would scare my parents. And I could not get hurt from my sister!!
From your techie kid,
Noah
Dear 2kj and 2km,
Our class read Flat Stanly too. Me and Evelina think that it would be cool to be him because we could go around the world. Flat Stanly is cool because he can be a kite and fly in the sky.
We love Flat Stanly. We wish we could be flat.
Love,
Evelina and Alison

Dear 2KM and 2KJ,
This is Adia from Mrs. Yollis’ class in L.A. I love your new blog!
My favorite part about your blog is that you are doing this blog together! Where did you come up with this wonderful idea?
I also have a blog. If you go on the Student Blogs, my blog Adia’s Babble Blog is one of the first ones! OR you can just go on http://adiasbabbleblog.blogspot.com.
I would really like to compliment Jarrod because he has left SO many comments, and they are quality ones, too. My teacher, Mrs. Yollis, thinks highly of him also. Jarrod has gotten MANY conversations going with my teacher. Thanks, Jarrod!
I also have read your Meet Leo post, and I absolutely adore that cute little class mascot of yours. ADORABLE!
Our class also has a class mascot. Well, actually class mascots. There are two. First, our loving and helpful Panda, he has many quality commenting tips, and second, Hoppy, our frog that helps out with our class jobs.
I don’t want this to get TOO long of a comment, so I better get going. If I wrote longer, it would be about two million pages to read. I have so many compliments, I can’t say them all.
Sincerely,
Adia
(Mrs. Yollis’ student)
Dear Adia,
Thank you for the great compliments I really enjoyed your class blog and learning about blogging. I watched you in the video which I thought was fantastic.
I love leaving comments and learning about your country. This is my first year of blogging but I’m sure it won’t be my last.
When I have spare time I love to play my DS and iPod. What do you like to do? I noticed on your blog you do Girl Guides, do you go camping too?
From Jarrod
